Chaque ann\u00e9e, le Summit Prize pr\u00e9sente des esprits brillants qui ont su surmonter les obstacles et transformer leur savoir-faire unique en r\u00e9ussite. En 2023, le prix est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 L\u2019Instant Chocolat. Les laur\u00e9ats, Virginie et David Pasquiet, se r\u00e9jouissent non seulement de cette reconnaissance pour leur travail, mais saluent \u00e9galement les deux autres nomin\u00e9s : La Cave du Rhodan, dirig\u00e9e par Sandra et Olivier Mounir, et La Fromath\u00e8que, dirig\u00e9e par Yan Sutterlin et Bertrand Gabioud.
